As one of the UK’s top fire cooks, with a wealth of knowledge on cooking outside, be that on barbecues, wood fired ovens, fire pits, smokers, ceramic kamado ovens or wilderness cooking, I love to work with brands to help them in all aspects of fire lighting and fire cookery.
I am a proud brand ambassador for YETI
and Weber, and work with several smaller brands on a regular ad hoc basis. To protect my creative integrity and independence I very rarely accept freebie products in return for free promotion on my social media channels. If you have something you think I might love to use, eat or cook please feel free to drop me a line and if I think I'll love it too I will gladly think about buying to from you. I prefer to either work for people in a paid capacity or pay for stuff myself
