A Christmas Fire School special day!
The nature of the day is a little different from regular Fire School classes in that there will be less instruction from me, although I am always happy to talk through any questions you have and do my best to answer them.
The idea of the day is to make it relaxed and enjoyable whilst giving you an good idea of what it is possible to cook outside at Christmas (the answer, unsurprisingly, is EVERYTHING)
We will work together as a team to cook a delicious Christmas lunch, all cooked outside over fire using as many bits of fire kit as we need to get the job done.
Once we have finished cooking we can sit down and share what we have created. You are very welcome to bring wine, beer, whatever takes your fancy (within legal reason, obvs ;-)) ) to help the day feel celebratory but I will be fairly strict about letting you loose with the booze whilst we are at the sharp knife and chopping phase of cooking. Once it’s all in hand be my guest.
Class starts at 10am prompt, it would be great to sit down to eat around 2.30-ish although there will be snacks as we cook as well. You definitely won’t go home hungry. We should wrap up around 4-4.30
