WOOD FIRED OVEN IN A DAY
After a year long hiatus, my glorious wood fired oven will be back in action for 2026!!

From pizza to pudding, roasts and kebabs, to baking and even preserving, wood fired ovens are a tremendously versatile bit of kit. You can pretty much use them to cook anything you like but they are so often under-utilised. Like all other fire cooking, the key is in mastering the fire, then it just becomes regular cooking.
