We only collect information that we need to manage your booking, provide the class or service you have requested, communicate with you, and run Bristol Fire School.
BOOKINGS
When you book a Fire School class, we use the information you provide to process and manage your booking, send confirmation and joining information, contact you about any changes to your class, and deal with any dietary requirements or other information relevant to your visit.
We do not automatically add you to our mailing list when you make a booking.
PAYMENTS
Payments for Fire School classes and gift vouchers are processed securely by Square.
Square processes the payment information needed to complete your transaction. Bristol Fire School does not store your full debit or credit card details.
GIFT VOUCHERS
If you buy or redeem a gift voucher, we may keep the information needed to administer the voucher, including purchaser and recipient details where these have been provided, the voucher value, date of purchase and redemption details.
MAILING LIST
Our mailing list is managed through Substack.
If you sign up, your email address and information associated with your subscription will be processed by Substack so that we can send you Fire School news, new class dates and other updates.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Booking a Fire School class does not automatically add you to the mailing list.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal information only where we have a legitimate reason to do so. This may include fulfilling a booking or purchase, responding to an enquiry, administering a gift voucher, sending information you have asked to receive, or meeting our legal and administrative obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
