About The Wine Flight

Alongside the food, we offer an optional wine flight designed to run through the evening. Each wine is selected by an experienced sommelier with over two decades in hospitality, bringing a deep knowledge of how wine works with food — without any of the formality or fuss.

The wines are chosen with the same care as the cooking — pairing grapes to ingredients and flavours to fire — with a different glass served alongside each course. Expect five wines across the meal, selected for quality, character and value, and to reflect both the dishes and the landscape around you.

If something captures your attention, bottles from the flight will also be available to purchase on the night, alongside bottles of our house wines.
